You are trained by a specialist lawyer in German Labor Law and Works Constitution Law. Our trainer has 15 years of experience in practicing, advising and training Labor Law and Works Constitution Law for German works councils and employers. Our trainer has himself been undertaking training from proven experts and coaches for 15 years as well.
Our manager is from Australia and used to be the chairwoman of an English-speaking works council in Germany. She went through good times and rough times in this position, she organized, she negotiated, and she went to court. She knows your topics at heart!

Did You Know?
German works council members have a right to be trained – that’s right!
Each member is eligible to get at least three basic trainings in Works Constitution Law. Additionally, they can undertake three basic trainings in German Labor Law as well.
Who is paying?
The employer is.
Isn’t that completely unfair? Not according to the lawmakers in Germany.
They wanted the works council members to know how to be able to act on behalf of their fellow employees.
What do I have to do when I want to benefit from this regulation?
You only have to take five steps.
